Shipping Policy

This policy outlines the shipping and delivery processes for orders placed on www.marielouis.store. We use Aramex Egypt as our trusted courier partner for all domestic shipments within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

1. Shipping Partner

All domestic shipments across Egypt are handled exclusively by Aramex.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EET are considered received on the next business day.
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase. Once your order has been processed and picked up by Aramex, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number (Waybill) and a link to the Aramex tracking portal.

3. Shipping Options and Delivery Times (Domestic - Egypt)

We aim to provide quick and reliable delivery across all governorates of Egypt.

Note: These are estimated delivery times provided by Aramex and are subject to change due to external factors such as weather, high-volume periods (e.g., holidays), or unforeseen logistical issues.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location (zone) and the total weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before final payment.

  • Base Rate: A standard base rate applies to all shipments within major cities.
  • Surcharges: Additional fees may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas as determined by Aramex (Remote Area Surcharge). This will be reflected in the final shipping cost at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions above a certain order value. Any such promotion will be clearly advertised on the Site.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer the convenience of Cash on Delivery (COD) service through Aramex for customers within Egypt.

  • COD Fee: A small, non-refundable service fee may apply for using the COD option. This fee will be clearly displayed during checkout.
  • Payment: The payment must be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) to the Aramex courier upon receipt of the package.
  • Exact Change: Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready for the courier.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you can track its progress directly:

  1. Use the Waybill Number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Go to the official Aramex Tracking website or use their mobile app.
  3. Enter your Waybill Number to see the latest updates on your delivery status.

7. Delivery Instructions and Failed Delivery

  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
  • Contact by Aramex: Aramex will typically contact you via phone or SMS on the day of delivery to confirm the best time.
  • Failed Attempts: If delivery is unsuccessful after the first attempt, Aramex will usually make up to two more attempts. If all attempts fail, the package may be held at an Aramex branch for a short period before being returned to Marie Louis Store. If a package is returned due to failed delivery, you may be required to pay a new shipping fee to have it resent.

8. International Shipping

Marie Louis provides international shipping.
